Women’s denim jackets come in a variety of shades, cuts, and styles – they’ll always look cool and on-trend no matter the occasion. Today I’m showing my top three favorite ways to style a denim jacket: casual, denim on denim, and dressed up!

Casual
Probably the most popular way to wear a denim jacket, but that’s only because it’s tried and true. Throw it on over a comfy graphic tee or even gym clothes and instantly elevate your look.
Denim on Denim
This look can be really fun. I think the trick is not trying to match your jacket to your jeans exactly (hello Canadian Tuxedo). Make it a few shade differences or even wear black denim pants.
Dressed Up
Have a dress you’d really like to wear but it’s just a little too fancy for the occasion? Throw a denim jacket on over that baby and dress it down just a bit to make it more wearable.
