So I am not the biggest fan of traditional coffee. I like the lattes and the drinks with all the mix-ins and fixings, but actual black coffee… not so much. Which sucks, because that is something you can actually drink in the morning if you’re doing intermittent fasting and not break your fast! And it’s just so much healthier for you in general. I have to add so much creamer and syrup in coffee to make it tolerable that it’s just not worth the calories, so when I stumbled upon Coffee Over Cardio I was intrigued.

They make flavor coffees that are still 0 everything: 0 cals, 0 sugar, 0 fat, gluten free, all that good stuff! And they actually taste good. Even if I do want to put a creamer in, I just need the tiniest bit instead of like half a cup. They have both ground coffee and k-cups to suit your preference! I, personally, get k-cups. I tend to get the variety pack so I get a good mix of flavors, but they have some good flavors to choose from: birthday cake, messy bun cinnamon bun, saturdaze chocolate donut, and french toast! I’ve tried them all except french toast and they’re all super tasty! I think birthday cake might be my favorite of the three, but it’s a close call!
