Yesterday, I had a fun afternoon at a local winery. Wine, cheese and crackers, and a great view?! Sign me up! The weather actually cooperated and it didn’t rain, so it ended up being a pretty great way to spend a Sunday. Added bonus: Midwest wines are typically pretty sweet, so I had lots to choose from! I went with one that was similar to chardonnay and then we split a Smoked Gouda and Dill Cheddar cheese.
