Kane is a hidden gem with an intimate, upscale vibe. Their omakase (chef’s choice) experience is top-notch, featuring impeccably fresh fish and elegant presentation. If you’re a fan of melt-in-your-mouth sashimi and carefully crafted nigiri, Kane is a must-visit. They are reservation only FYI. I recommend trying any of their nigiri, MT roll, yuki roll, and big toro roll.

I highly recommend going during their daily happy hour from, 4 – 6 pm (yes, it’s even on the weekends) and trying as many things as possible.
