I discovered Nasty Gal in the early 2010’s while in college and haven’t strayed too far since. They always had very edgy, more progressively trendy items than other stores I shop at. I do wish they were stilled independently owned by Sophia Amoruso, though. While I still enjoy shopping with them and their overall items, I do feel like they don’t get quite as unique items in anymore and no longer have any cool vintage pieces. Recently, Nasty Gal had a massive sale and a couple items I had my eye on were deeply discounted, so I decided to get them. I was also bored out of my mind during the Snowmegeddon fiasco in mid-February and definitely stress shopped to distract myself. I need to work on that….

The main item I wanted was the Bead ‘Em to It Embellished Fringe Jacket. I thought about getting this bad boy for NYE, but they were sold out of my size. I still had it hearted on my account and was alerted that my size had come in stock and it was on sale for about $50, so I decided to get it. Now I just need an occasion to wear it!
You can never have too many different belts, so I got a few: Faux Leather Star Western Belt, Hey There Croc Star Diamante Western Belt, and the Chain Faux Leather Layered Belt. Western belts have been my jam for a few years now, so adding even more variety is always welcome.
Clearly, I’ve been into star print lately so this Star-t As You Mean to Go On Mini Skirt caught my eye. The weather is getting warmer again, too, so this will be a nice option rather than a plain black skirt. This Jersey Shoulder Padded Crew Neck Tank Top is super cute and casual. I love wearing red, so I think I can make this look pretty badass depending on the rest of the outfit. Surprisingly, I don’t have a ‘going out’ red bag, so the WANT Fringe On It Bucket Crossbody Bag was perfect for that and perfectly priced.
Stars and a leather jacket? Sign me up! I couldn’t resist the Make a Star-t Faux Leather Relaxed Jacket to add to my jacket collection. It has a unique fit to it, as well.
You can never go wrong with some aviators, so I snagged these Mirror Mirror Tinted Aviator Sunglasses.
This (Bling the Tequila Diamante Shoulder Padded Dress) LBD has a touch of bling on the front with the rhinestones and I love the shoulder pads.
The It’s Not All Shoulder Pad Leopard Tee is a great basic to throw on and spruce up a look quickly.
I got the Sheer to Stay Cropped Diamante Blouse in both black and white. I thought this looked like one of those shirts you can easily dress up or down, even to work, so I was sold.
