Holy cow! I’ve got some major news: I just bought a house! I’m so excited. We got it for an amazing price AND the First Time Home Buyer Grant, so it’s a steal! There’s some work to be done, but nothing too major besides a bathroom remodel. Every room will be repainted, new flooring in every room besides the kitchen, back splash in the kitchen, a fence for the back yard, dog door, and other minor things are on the agenda. Luckily, my dad builds homes for a living, so we’ve got it covered! His goal is to have me moved in and set by Thanksgiving. Let the countdown begin!
