I swear this dish was EVERYWHERE on TikTok in 2020 and I finally got around to making it for myself. It is quite easy to throw together and you could certainly customized the ingredients to your liking. After making this and using only 1 pint of tomatoes, I’d recommend doing two if you’d like more of a tomato taste. I loved this dish and would absolutely make it again! I’ve seen some people subbing out goat cheese for the feta, so that might be fun to try eventually, too! Scroll down a bit for ingredients and directions for this TikTok pasta dish!

Ingredients
- 1-2 Pints of Grape Tomatoes
- 1 Shallot
- Minced Garlic
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt + Pepper
- Thyme
- 8 oz Block of Feta
- 1 Package of Pasta


To Make
Preheat oven to 400°. In a baking dish, combine tomatoes, shallot, garlic, and most of the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper and mix. Put the feta in center of the dish and drizzle the top with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place thyme over the tomatoes. Bake for about 40 minutes or until tomatoes are bursting and feta is a golden color on top. While that is baking, start your past with about 10 minutes left. Cook pasta according to package instructions and make sure to save about ½ cup pasta water before draining to add into your dish. I used a protein pasta to boost the macros of this dish. Remove the feta and tomato mixture from the oven and stir together. Then, add in your pasta and pasta water and continue to stir until everything is evenly combined. Serve and enjoy!
