Okay, the title is just to grab attention. Drinking this alone will NOT make you magically lose weight or debloat. It will aid in those things, though, if you’re making other healthy decisions throughout your day. Each and every ingredient has it’s benefits for your health, especially us women! You could adjust the amounts of the ingredients if you like one taste more than the other, but these are about what I put in mine. I try to drink the full pitcher in about 72 hours. I tend to go back and forth between this and plain water, depending on my mood.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of pure, organic cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup of lemon juice
- 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar
- 1 roasted dandelion root tea bag
- 1 sliced cucumber
- 1 pitcher of water
The Benefits
Cranberry juice – helps treat and prevent UTI’s, improve heart health, reduces age related damage, improves digestive health, and prevents infections.
Lemon juice – aids in weight loss, improves heart health, prevent kidney stones, , reduces age related damage, improve digestive health, and protects against anemia.
Apple cider vinegar – aids in weight loss, kills harmful bacteria, can lower blood sugar levels, and reduces inflammation.
Roasted dandelion root – improves digestive health, helps treat and prevent UTI’s, detoxifies the liver, reduces age related damage, helps relieve bloating and water weight, full of antioxidants, and fights diabetes.
Cucumber – tastes refreshing since you’re not actually eating them. If you eat them, it’s 14% to 19% of the vitamin K you need for the day plus vitamins B and C along with minerals like copper, phosphorus, potassium, and magnesium.
Water – improves energy levels and brain function, relieves constipation, aids in weight loss, maintains the balance of your body fluids, improves looks and feel of your skin, and improves kidney function.
