I saw a handful of recipes for “crack dip” while on Pinterest and decided to take a few ideas from each and make my own version for the Super Bowl this year! We only had a handful of people that we watched it with and this was a huge serving for how few people we had but it was still almost all gone by the end of the night. I personally probably ate a good portion of it because it is THAT good. I would say in non-pandemic times this would be good for a typical sized Super Bowl party or a work potluck – so 20ish people I’d say.

Ingredients
- 24 oz Light Sour Cream
- 12 oz Light Mayonnaise
- 2 oz (2 packets) of Ranch Dip Seasoning
- 10 oz (4 packets) of Bacon Bits
- 4 oz Sliced Green Onions
- 8 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 5 oz Slivered Almonds
- Ritz Crackers
To Make
You literally just throw it all in a bowl and stir it together! I found it easier to start with the sour cream, mayo, and ranch seasoning to make sure that was all nice and blended first, then add the other ingredients. Everyone at the party was curious what all was in this dip – mostly what the cruchy texture was – which was the almond slivers! Highly recommend this easy and tasty dish. I provided Ritz crackers to scoop it out with and it was perfect. My boyfriend recommended I add some paprika or maybe red chili flakes next time and I agree! I can’t wait to play with this recipe more and this might be my new staple for future gatherings.
