I randomly discovered Wonder Noodles on Thrive Market after a friend recommended them because of how low carb they are. A WHOLE package is only 20 calories. Yes, you read that right. Only *20* calories. They are also low carb, gluten-free, soy-free, keto, dairy-free, fat-free, and even vegan! Literally, any diet can eat these noodles. And you don’t even have to cook them – just rinse and warm up. It’s fantastic! If you’re trying to lose weight or body fat, these are a great, filling alternative.

They’re technically called shirataki noodles (wonder noodles is way more fun, though)… used for centuries in Asian cuisine. Shirataki noodles are known for soaking up rich flavors in soups and sauces. They’re made from glucomannan—a starch found in the konjac yam. They have just about every pasta type you can imagine and even rice now – which I’m excited to try!

Just use whatever sauce you’re feeling and load up on veggies and proteins – you’ve got yourself a healthy meal.
