TikTok Ramen Noodle Healthy-Ish Recipe Hack

I am very glad to have made my way over to Food TikTok… so many yummy dishes and I love how easy it is to follow along in the short video segments. I’ve seen this going around on TikTok for a minute now and I decided to give it a try, but make it healthy-ish. I had everything in my pantry besides the special, magic noodles in ramen form, so I made sure to get some of those the next time I made an order.

The noodles are tossed in a garlic-butter-soy-brown-sugar sauce, cooked with an egg, and finished off with a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning (what doesn’t taste better with that seasoning, though?). You could definitely add in other toppings or some protein to boost up this dish, too. As-is, though, it comes out to just barely over 200 calories for a pretty hefty portion, in my opinion. I ended up adding in some chopped onion and green pepper, too.


  • 1 Package Wonder Shirataki Noodle
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp Chopped or Minced Garlic
  • 1 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • Soy Sauce
  • Crushed Red Pepper Flakes 
  • Everything Bagel Spice or Furikake

To Make

Heat up the butter over low heat in a pan and add the garlic. Next, stir in the crushed red pepper, then the brown sugar, and soy sauce. Drain your noodles and add them to the pan. Turn up the heat a bit and stir everything together until all noodles are coated. Push the noodles to one side and add the egg to the pan, then scramble and mix that into your noodles. Place the noodles in a bowl and finish with scallions and everything bagel spice.
